First Responders: Game Day Is Every Day

Readiness in Fire, Law Enforcement and Military Populations

November 4, 2026 | Live Online

12:15-1:00 pm

Join us to see how we assess, train and track the athletes whose sport never takes a day off.

Join Josef Mielke, PT, DPT, OCS, TSAC-F, for a 45-minute look inside the KIME tactical readiness system. Drawing on testing with roughly 300 tactical athletes across seven fire and law enforcement agencies, Josef walks through who the tactical athlete is, why the sport model breaks down for them, and the assessment, programming and tracking framework KIME uses to keep them ready for a job that never schedules the hard day.
