Making Data Meaningful - Force Plates to Programming

Decode the force–time curve. Program with confidence

October 13, 2026 | Live Online

12:15-1:00 pm

Join us to see how we read the curve, prioritize the metrics, and program for the athletes whose recovery can't afford guesswork.

Read the Curve. Write the Program.

In this 45-minute live session, Jonathan Sanburg, DPT, CSCS turns raw force-plate data into coaching and rehab decisions you can use tomorrow. You’ll learn to read the force–time curve (unweighting, braking, propulsive), prioritize actionable metrics (RSI/mRSI, impulse, DSI, asymmetries), and connect outputs to underlying drivers and strategy—so you know when to push strength, emphasize SSC/elasticity, or adjust volume and speed. Leave with a simple test-retest flow and clear programming examples for return-to-sport and performance.

DR. JONATHAN SANBURG

PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Jonathan Sanburg, DPT, CSCS, is a Sports Physical Therapist and Performance Coach at KIME Performance, a KIME High Performance Sports Medicine Fellow, and a subject matter expert in force-plate assessment and data-driven programming. He blends sports rehabilitation with strength & conditioning to translate testing—force–time curves, RSI, impulse, and asymmetry—into clear decisions for exercise selection, loading, and return-to-sport progressions. Jonathan’s practical, athlete-first approach helps teams and individuals move better, perform with confidence, and return to play stronger.
