Patterns That Power
Every Physical Task

Hinge

The foundation of every safe lift. Hip-driven, spine-neutral — protects your low back.

Squat

Floor-level work, kneeling, stair climbing — all squat variations. Knees track toes.

Push

Overhead installs, horizontal pressing, driving objects away. Shoulder mechanics matter.

Pull

Material handling, climbing, pulling cable. Scapular control and grip are the limiters.

Carry

Most underrated on the site. Core bracing + gait under load — train it intentionally.

Bring KIME to Your Team.

Today's session is one piece of a broader workforce wellness and injury prevention model. KIME partners with employers, safety teams, and HR departments to build sustainable programs — not one-off lunch-and-learns.
