Kettlebell Resilience, taught by Aaron Crouch, DPT, CSCS, is a practical, high-impact course that teaches clinicians and coaches how to use kettlebells to build stability, strength, and power across the full rehab-to-performance continuum. You’ll learn why kettlebells are uniquely effective for restoring movement quality, improving athletic performance, and developing true resilience—and you’ll leave with clear progressions for the press, get-up, squat, and swing that you can use immediately with clients.
By the end of this webinar participants will have an introduction to:
- Explain the unique mechanical and neurological advantages of kettlebell training in rehab and performance settings.
 - Apply foundational movement principles—such as proximal stability, offset loading, and the performance continuum—to kettlebell progressions.
 - Coach and progress/regress the major kettlebell patterns (military press, Turkish get-up, squat, and swing) using clear, evidence-informed frameworks.
 - Integrate kettlebell drills to improve stability, strength, power, and conditioning across early rehab, late-stage rehab, and return-to-play.
 - Design intention-driven training programs that emphasize consistency, tissue capacity, and long-term resilience.
